You can request information from us about what properties we have available and properties which will be available in the near future, by contacting us at info@majorhousingassociation.uk or 020 7100 7676.

Alternatively, you can use the tenant contact form on the contact page. If you see a property you like the look of, contact us to arrange a viewing. Our viewings are always undertaken with someone familiar with the property and the local area.

Our housing service

My Home

We work with local authorities and partner agencies (such as the police and social services) to ensure that the neighbourhoods in which we operate remain safe, secure and desirable to live in.

We have eight properties under the GLA supported Refugee scheme – in Tower Hamlets, Croydon, Lewisham, Newham and Havering.

We have homes across London and Essex. Our housing service offer to tenants includes:

  • Dedicated Management Staff

Devoted housing staff working closely with our residents in local areas

  • Responsive Tenancy Service

Providing an attentive tenancy service to meet our tenants’ requirements

  • Supportive Money Advice

Providing practical money advice whenever necessary to our tenants

  • Assistance with Social Issues

Helping to address anti-social behaviour and nuisance problems

Customer Information

As an HA we work closely with the relevant local authority who have nomination rights to our properties. We are proud to support the local authorities housing strategy and provide homes for tenants in priority need.

If you wish to get in touch with an external agency regarding any aspect of our service, please see below information on the options available to you.
