As a trusted partner of the Greater London Authority (GLA), we are currently in the process of building 326 new affordable homes across key boroughs, reinforcing our commitment to providing high-quality, sustainable housing for those who need it most.
Delivering on Our Promise: Affordable Homes Across Three Boroughs
Our current developments include:
- Redbridge: We are proud to be delivering 58 affordable homes in Redbridge, providing much-needed housing solutions for local residents. Additionally, we have recently acquired a new site in the same borough, which will see the construction of 177 more affordable homes, further contributing to the area’s housing needs.
- Barking and Dagenham: In Barking and Dagenham, we are well underway with the construction of 91 affordable homes. This development is part of our broader strategy to address the housing shortage in this vibrant and growing community.
